The Difference

A typical first-day appointment usually lasts approximately 45 - 60 minutes. The first day involves obtaining a case history, performing a detailed examination, and taking radiographs (x-rays) if medically necessary. There will be time allotted for questions, so a clear understanding of the presenting problem is gained. On most initial visits, some form of treatment will be initiated to begin alleviating symptoms.
